CPSB Arts Camp
In concert with the Calcasieu Parish Schools Art Department, the Arts and Humanities Council of Southwest Louisiana has sponsored a summer Arts Camp for kindergarten through 8th grade children for more than 20 years. This four-week camp gives students hands-on experience in the performing arts and visual arts. The Arts and Humanities Council of Southwest Louisiana provides both full and partial scholarships.
Registration is now available for the 2012 Summer Arts Camp. Classes are open to students 
who have completed grades kindergarten through 8th. The camp will begin Tuesday, June 5th, and will end Thursday, June 28th, at Lake Charles Boston Academy. Classes will be limited in size and class assignments will be made upon receipt of registration. The tuition for arts camp covers specialized instruction, all art supplies, a themed t-shirt, and the open house reception. The Arts Camp will mail a notification of your child’s acceptance upon receipt of the registration form and tuition.
