    About Yelena Koehn
    I was exposed to painting since I was a child, and I know that becoming an artist is a process. You can not take short cuts, and I enjoy my “art” road. I enjoy experimenting with different styles and mediums, my favorite being realism in oil. I put my whole talent and skills into each piece of artwork. I do not like to limit myself in what my abilities allow me to paint and constantly improve myself through books, DVDs and workshops. I have found the reactions to my art allows me to better understand the world around me. I am fascinated by the fact that one painting can evoke a multitude of emotions from individual viewers.
